I led workplace experience at Spotify, where I learned that how people move through something matters as much as the thing itself. Now I help companies, founders, and creators make their work feel intentional — tightening the structure behind the scenes, designing the experience or change people go through, and layering on the communications and visual identity that bring it all together.

Tighten what's behind the scenes
The thing nobody sees but everyone feels. I dig into how things run today (or don’t) — the internal workflows, the processes — and figure out what needs to change to get you where you want to be.
Design the journey people go through
How does someone actually move through this — whether that's a program, an internal process, or a client or customer facing launch? I design the journey so every touchpoint feels considered, not cobbled together.
Layer on the comms and visual identity
Once the structure is set and the experience is designed, I build the communications and visual system that that bring it all together.

Retainers start at $145/hour, with a 10-hour monthly minimum and a 2-month commitment.
